Selecting receiving address:
1. Ensure there will always be people at the address to receive. Couriers do not guarantee delivery times. Commercial addresses are better than residential.
2. Select an address that is easy to access, preferably landed. If you are using an apartment address, please check at the guardhouse or management office. Usually couriers will leave the parcel there
3. Do not expect couriers to call before delivery. Some times you get a good delivery person who does that. Most times you don't
4. Keep track of the delivery status at courier website. Do not expect deliveries to be smooth all the time.
