Baheda is one of the three fruits used in Triphala, is a large deciduous tree found throughout India. /their fruits are grey colored and resemble haritaki fruit but without ridges. Baheda / Bibhitaki powder is made from the fruit of Terminalia bellerica. Baheda one of the ingredients of Triphala has Digestive & Respiratory properties. It also has rejuvenating properties. It pacifies all three doshas especially used for the pacification of Kapha Dosha.

Dosage: Adults: ½ – 1 gm infused in warm water with a tsp of honey or as directed by the healthcare provider.
