Green pea powder is made out of green peas. Green pea powder is gluten-free as it is made purely with green peas. It has the sweet flavour of green peas with a light smoky taste. A very natural and healthy ingredient which can be used in savoury or sweet dishes. Grounded green peas are great in pancakes, cookies and cakes. Sometimes, it is made into pasta.
