Kombucha is produced by fermenting sugared tea using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) commonly called a "mother" or "mushroom".


How to use:

Before opening, disinfect the part to be opened with ethyl alcohol (appr. 70%).


Put the cuture into a tank with fermented tea wort at the recommended temperature 28-32 С.


After culture application, intensely mix the base within 20 minutes. Mix again in 1 hour.

After starter culture application, fermentation is carried out to the acidity level as you prefered for the product (appr. 1-3 days).

Kombucha dihasilkan dengan fermentasi teh gula menggunakan kultur simbiotik bakteria dan ragi (SCOBY) yang biasa disebut "ibu" atau "jamur".


Bagaimana nak guna:

Sebelum membuka, buangkan bahagian yang akan dibuka dengan etil alkohol (kira-kira 70%).


Masukkan potongan ke dalam tangki dengan wort teh fermentasi pada suhu yang disarankan 28-32 С.


Selepas pemakaian kultur, campurkan asas dengan kuat dalam 20 minit. Gaul lagi dalam 1 jam.

Selepas pemakaian kultur pemula, penapaian dilakukan ke tahap keasidan seperti yang anda mahukan untuk produk (kira-kira 1-3 hari)
