Pearl liquid concentrate is used to make liquids look shiny.
The concentrate should be combined with water (in the case of soapmaking) or oil (for liquid shampoos). Add it directly to the oil or water, then mix well to combine. It will dissolve in hot or cold liquids, but dissolves faster in hot liquids. In soapmaking, mix an equal ratio of water and pearl concentrate.
