Pale yellow liquid made from glycerin & coconut oil. Clear oily liquid, characteristic odor. Soluble in water & alcohols, insoluble in oils. Gives oil-in-water emulsions.
Act as an emollient surfactant, foamer and skin conditioner. It lends a emollient light, lubricious skin feel to liquid soaps, bubble baths, shampoos, facial cleansers, body washes, shower gels.
Added to formulas as is, usual concentration 1 - 10%. For external use only.
