Mixing Instructions:
Mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio thoroughly.
After evenly mixing, remove any air from the mixture and it’s ready for pouring. (If there is no vacuum machine, you can place AB into a refrigerator's lower layer for 30–40 minutes and then take it out for 1:1 mixing.)
Under room temperature (28°C), the working time is about 25 minutes, curing takes about 9–12 hours; for fast curing, it takes about 2–6 hours.
Heating at 60–120°C for 10–40 minutes will accelerate curing (depending on the size of the mould).
When using the silicone, make sure to use clean containers that haven’t been in contact with cured silicone, otherwise, it may cause the mixture to fail to cure.
Before large-scale use, conduct a small trial to confirm it cures properly before proceeding.
Note:
Food-grade silicone must not come into contact with acidic, sulfurous, phosphorus, nitrogen, oil-based and other components, as these may cause the silicone surface to remain uncured or become toxic after contact.
